SHIPPING POLICY
Please be sure to order 2-3 weeks ahead of your desired date to ensure delivery. All orders take 3 days to process before the order can be placed. I recommend contacting us and paying through Cashapp or Apple Pay to reduce processing times. After the order has been placed please allow 4-9 business days to be delivered. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. All orders are shipped through UPS. Elegante Boutique is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged items. Your order is no longer in our possession once we've issued you a tracking number. For more information, please contact UPS. All orders will require a signature at delivery. We will not be held accountable of any purchase delays caused by shipping and billing addresses that are inaccurate. Please double-check your address, including the building and unit number. if you had entered the wrong shipping address, please email us at elegantehairboutique@gmail.com to have it updated as quickly as possible.
